Grain Free Recipe with Sweet Potato & Asparagus

Instead of grains, this recipe uses sweet potato — a gentle, slow-release carbohydrate naturally high in B-vitamins to support steady energy and digestive comfort.

Asparagus is added as a natural source of vitamins A, C and K, plus folic acid — all of which help contribute to overall health and wellbeing.
